I installed LDSTools for android using androVM in VirtualBox for Linux.
Strange enough, at the beginning it ask me for a PIN.
Where can I found this?
I can access LDSTools with my tablet w/o PIN request, why it ask it in androVM?

Re: PIN request for LDSTools
The PIN is used as extra security for ward leaders to access sensitive information such as date of birth and MRN. On first install, the app should have asked you to set up the PIN. You may have to try and reinstall it. There may also be something strange since you are using a VM.

Re: PIN request for LDSTools
I synced my LDS Tools a couple of weeks ago and got the PIN Request message also. I did it first on my Android phone, which gave me the option for letters as well as numbers. Then when I did the sync on my Android tablet, it did the same thing, but only gave me the option to use numbers and no letters. So, I have 2 different PIN's, one for each device. I thought that was strange, but that's what happened to me.

Re: PIN request for LDSTools
The pin is stored locally on the device in which LDS Tools is installed. It is not transmitted back to any other location. Therefore each device can have its own pin and pin character requirements.
