Website Admin Be Able To Change Phone and Email?

Hello! One of my callings is Ward Website Admin. I'm wondering why that calling doesn't have permissions to change people's email addresses and phone numbers? I email the clerk when something needs to change, but it'd be much easier if I could do it.

They are considered to be part of the membership record, not the website.

Oh. Is there any calling, that a girl can have, that would allow her to change the data? I'm sure my bishop would give me that calling lol.

Or is there a special way to just grant me those permissions to do it online?

No. I think only ward clerk and membership clerk has those rights.

No. There is no customized way to give rights.

Note that the members can change that info on their own. Since they have to have an account to see it, they should be able to change it. If it's others that is reporting this, then I'd teach them to contact the clerk.

Oh, I teach people all the time how they can do it on lds.org and LDS Tools :)
