Non-member spouse

The EQ president wants me to add the cell number of the non-member husband to the ward directory. I told him I can't create a record for the husband, and the best I can do is to change the Household Phone on the member wife's record to the non-member husband's cell number. However, I warned him that folks would tend to call that Household Phone and ask for the wife. I don't think there is a good solution for this.
