Our editing is limited to supporting data, i.e. class attendance, ministering interview logs, Sacrament attendance, .... I think quarterly report data is being developed as designed. However, it appears our EQ and RS attendance are a little overstated and our Primary attendance is a little understated. Since it's quite difficult to see all data for March or the quarter I haven't made an effort to verify or understand the design logic. The numbers seem close enough to reality that I can accept the summary data this time.

I was not. I was restating what was shared in other threads that primary numbers are being calculated at this time if there is no option for the ward to enter them. I was also giving my advice that if they think something is wrong, feedback is the only official way to report it to the developers.
scgallafent wrote:I also wouldn't report that you have been meeting and you think that your actual numbers should be used instead of the estimates. That question was part of the discussion and it is not realistic for us to handle a scenario where we have to manage estimated Primary attendance for half of the Church and actual Primary attendance for the other half of the Church.
I was not. I was reporting that when I loaded EQ attendance, the numbers did appear to move to the Quarterly Report after a delay. I actually never counted and compared to see if the Quarterly Report numbers matched exactly the number of members who attended our EQ Zoom class - when you average averages the discussion of individual attendance becomes moot unless there are large swings in the attendance numbers..

I was trying to be helpful. I apologize if I overstepped some boundary.

Sorry, Dave. I realize you weren't reporting those. That was general advice related to your quote -- not directed specifically at you. I apologize for that. That reply was poorly structured on my part.

except I have updated things like Sunday School and EQ, days ago, with no update, I am now late. How much of a problem is it if the report is submitted without all the numbers? most are correct, like sacrament meeting attendance etc., but most of the classes are not.

How do you access and edit the "convert detail section" on the quarterly report. I'm brand new to all this and I'm not having any luck.

With the quarter displayed there is a blue Edit button to the right of the year and quarter number. Click it. Scroll to the last section of the report which will be the Convert Detail section. The recent converts listed there come from the unit membership list (you do not have to add anyone). Your input is to answer two questions:
1. Attended sacrament meeting at least once last month? Yes/No
2. If 12 or older, has a calling or responsibility? Yes/No
This is done by selecting the appropriate radio button for each question.
When complete you can either Save, if not previously submitted, or Submit.

If you do not see the blue Edit button then you do not have the permissions to edit the report. If you are the unit clerk or the bishop and your calling is entered into the system correctly (not a custom calling) you should see the blue Edit button.

How long does it take for the class and quorum attendance take to update to the quarterly report? My organization leaders didn't get their attendance reports completed until today and the quarterly report still shows 0 for those organizations.

Is there a lag between entry and visibility on the quarterly report?

Earlier in this thread this was answered:
scgallafent wrote:There is a built-in delay between when you record class attendance and when that makes it to the quarterly report. In normal circumstances, that should be about five minutes. That delay has been built-in by design for several reasons.
Any delays beyond this on a Sunday is most likely due to server loads.
