Custom List in LCR

I'm responsible for maintaining a list of leaders throughout the stake that includes some (but not all) EQ presidents, RS presidents, some EQ/RS counselors, some WMLs, and a few High Councilors. Creating a custom report doesn't work because I need a list of specific members and they don't all meet the same criteria. Is there a way to save a list of individuals, similar to the Member Tools List feature?

There is no capability for lists in LCR other than those provided or through custom reports.
