No single adult members listed

Clerk Resources > Organizations > Other > Single Adults (31 and over)
It shows the SA adviser couple and other leadership positions but the member list below the leadership says 0 members.
However, if I go to
Clerk Resources > Reports > Unit Statistics > Adults > Single Adults (31 and over)
it says there are 42 members. I can click on that report and see all the single adults.
Why aren't these same 42 available via Organizations?
