There is an "at-home" missionary couple in your unit. You can see them listed on the list under Organizations > Full-Time Missionaries. Is this the member in question?

Yes. The brother and his wife just started a mission (church service mission) assigned to our stake. We understood that he should not have any home teaching assignments, but thought that we still needed to home teach them. Official policy?

One of the business rules that HT/VT uses to identify whether a family/sister should be home/visit taught is whether they are serving a full-time mission. The business rules (as they stand now) specify that members serving a full-time mission should not be listed as potential home or visiting teachers and should not be listed on the household or sister list as candidates to be visited. Based on the feedback we have received, we have given this scenario to the product managers to be reviewed but have not received direction to change anything.
