LCR not working Chrome on Windows 10

A few weeks ago LCR online stopped working for me in Chrome. I now need to use MS Edge browser. Has anyone else had this problem and know what Chrome add-ins or settings may be preventing it from working?

While I can initially get to the LCR home page, I am unable to browse anywhere and when I click on a link the browser does not resolve and goes blank. Any ideas?

I think many add-ins can be set to auto-disable on certain domains. You might want to put lds.org in as an exception. Or, as a quick test, disable all the add-ins and see if LCR starts working.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I had a similar problem and had to clear cookies and cache to get it working again.

Clearing all browsing data and disabling some add-ins did the trick for me.
