From your posts It appears that there is something unique about your home network that is the issue. Do you have an open network or is your home network operating a VPN? Or is there any security settings on your router that you could temporarily change to check?

I can't find it now, but I remember a post where someone indicated they had to disable an ad blocker to get into Budget. If you're running a pi-hole, a DNS based filter, or other network based blocker, that might be it.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
