Access to Finace in LCR from Home Computer.

Access to Finace in LCR from Home Computer.
I can access Membership info and make changes but cannot access Finace menu from my home computer. I can access from Chapel computer. I use Chrome and have cleared cookies etc.

I seem to recall that pop-up blockers have to be turned off as well. I'd disable any add-ins for all church domains.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
