Deceased, Nonmember Spouse

I have been working with a newly baptized adult member, making corrections to the membership record created for her by the mission office. (Side note: I never get to proofread the baptism recommend for converts; sometimes I never receive the ward copy of it; and the information always gets messed up somewhere between the missionary interview and the data entry.)

Her husband is a deceased non-member, which was correctly recorded on her record. However, their marriage date and place required correction. After I made those corrections in LCR, the husband appeared as a living non-member spouse. I had to record his death date again to make him appear as a deceased non-member spouse once again.
