I can’t get tools to show my Temple’s or nearest temples

It has been down for several weeks now.

FWIW - It’s working fine in my iPad version of Member Tools

I synced on my Android three times today, my third just now, and I have nothing for temple data.

I deleted the data and synced - I'm also not seeing temple data.

I sent feedback.

Temples are gone on IOS devices on version 3.6.2; which I believe is the latest IOS version.

It has been a mess for several weeks.

I was told the developer was the one that removed in preparation for a new version.

Who knows

Wish they would hire or call a missionary to monitor this web site.

Please fix this or hire the developers

Just a mess especially if you are traveling.

If you are using a smart phone (I'm assuming you are), you can open a browser on your phone and go to churchofjesuschrist.org/temples/list
This will give you all the information that would be in member tools and more.

It would seem that finding info on temples in an efficient manner would be.

The official method to get this issue to those who can do anything is through the in-app feedback. In the Android version it is located in Help > Contact Us.
