Progress Report not an option under Reports in Member Tool

I am a Bishop trying to use member tools to access the missionaries' progress report. According to information on this site, you should be able to access that by clicking on the "Reports" button and then "Progress Report", however, I do not have a "progress report" or anything that resembles that listed. Has this changed? I can access it on the website, but not through the Member Tools app. Any help would be appreciated (even letting me know that this is still accessible to others). Thank you in advance!
