LDS tools on iphone doesn't show what Android shows

LDS tools on iphone doesn't show what Android shows
We have a family in our ward whose information is shown on LDS Tools for Android devices but is NOT shown on LDS Tools for iphone or ipad devices. Any ideas how to fix this problem? Is there a privacy option they may have chosen without realizing it? They want to be shown on LDS tools for iphone or ipad devices as well as on LDS tools for Android devices.

Is this for the same login? Different callings can see different things. It's possible the Android owner is someone on the ward council or higher, and the iOS user isn't.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

They can check their privacy settings at Directory.ChurchofJesusChrist.org or in the Member Tools app.
