Tools App Not Working after Recent July 2020 update

Same here in our household. 4 devices that can no longer access LDS Tools. If the Church is “trash canning” the app, should someone tell us?

I notice it is still available in the App Store for download and update. Any fixes or overhauls coming up.

Same problem on my iPhone. Won’t sync, reinstalled app, stuck on updating. Nov. 1 2020.

Same issue here. Have tried everything mentioned in the above posts. Also emailed support. The update locks up at one quarter, rendering the app unusable.

Same problem here. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, changed my password, rebooted my phone. When will this get fixed.

My dad’s a stake president and can’t use the app because of the constant updating. He has found that if he keeps touching the screen for an hour while “updating” it will get through but will return the next time he opens it. That’s not a real solution. Please help!
