Exclamation point in yellow circle on New Move In Report

My wife was just called as a ward RS President. While reviewing the New Move In Report, she sees an exclamation point in a yellow circle by most if not all families. What does that mean?

... I'm going to guess that it indicates that no ministering assignments have been made... :roll:

If it is an exclamation point inside a yellow triangle, it means they were moved into your ward from "address unknown" so they may have not had contact from anyone in the church for a long time. I don't think I have ever seen a yellow circle on that list. On my report, there is a light blue panel at the top the explains the symbol.
