Unable to see names in "Unit Statistics"

Unable to see names in "Unit Statistics"
I am having issues with member tools for Android. My phone system is Android 8.1.0. When I go into reports and then unit statistics, all it says is "there are no members in this list" no matter what group I try to see. I've tried uninstalling and then re-installing the app to no avail. Getting pretty frustrated. What is one to do?

Is this only happening on Sundays? There are known server load issues on Sundays that causes data sync dropouts. This is the first I have heard this happening to any report. In the past the data for ministering disappears when syncing on Sunday when the servers are overloaded.vomatthewlk wrote:What is one to do?
Android 8.1 is not that old and is still supported so I don't suspect that is a cause suspect. However, Internet connection issues could be a factor.
