Member Tools Not Syncing

I am unable to sync member tools on either my iPad or my iPhone.

iPhone 11 Pro iOS 13.1.3
Member Tools 3.6.3

Here's what I've tried:
Syncing connected to the LDSAccess
Syncing connected to Cellular
Syncing connected to my Home WiFi
Power cycled the device
Deleted then reinstalled the application

None of these steps have worked on either device. I am certain I have used the correct credentials to login. I am receiving the message Error "Error Downloading"

Please advise.

Are you able to log into the web page for things like the ward directory or the ward calendar using the same login/password?

I can log in to the website without problems, but it does not work on my iphone nor the iphones of several other members of my ward/stake.

Are you saying your account doesn't work on other iphones, or that other iphones owners can't sync?

11/03/2019 Agree, I'm an IT professional, and there is a sync issue with iPhones. The my Android is synching just fine.
I'm reporting that newly called Ward Missionries who have iPhones do not have the lastest directory information. Their calling information sync but not previous ward member that moved records in two years ago. Clinton, 7th Ward, Clinton, Utah Jim and Joann Gentry

When they logon to the website, and try looking up the same information, the data is not updating their either for their username and password.
Seems to be a permissions issue or database lock data issue.

Do those members have their household privacy set to leadership only? If so that would be why you see it and they don't.

I just got a new iPhone XS and I am experiencing the same issue. I log in with my credentials (the same ones work on LDS.org), and it begins to sync, but then the sync fails and the "error downloading" message appears. I have also tried deleting/reinstalling the app, downloading on home wifi, work wifi, cellular data. Not sure what else to do.

I was experiencing the same issue for several days. Finally I deleted the app from my phone and then installed it again. Now I get the error that username/password is incorrect. However, that same username and password works just fine for LCR web login and the Gospel Library app.
