Member tools will not sync

Having trouble syncing member tools on both Iphone and Ipad. Wife having same problem. Deleted app and redownloaded app and sync still won't work comes up and says Error Downloading(this is during the sync). Can log in on internet and using same ID and password on phone and Ipad but no luck. Any suggestions?

Same here. Iphone 6. Every time I try to sync I get a "download error". Anyone else getting this specific error?

Having the same problem on my ipad. It used to work, but now I also get the download error problem. Also tried uninstalling and re-installing. No luck.

Same issue. IPhone 11, fully up to date. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone completely off and on after uninstall. Nothing. Syncing fails within the first few moments, then shuts me out of the app.

Last sync was January 30th. What’s the deal with this. As Bishop of my ward it’s critical that this works. Won’t sync on iPhone or iPad (2nd gen iPad Pro, iPhone 11 Pro) bot have current firmware. I deleted the app from the iPad and reinstalled and it won’t sync to even do the initial download.

My stake technology specialist has no answer. Please advise.

There are two approaches others have taken to get a sync going. The first is to set the device to airplane mode, turn of data sources such as WiFi and telephone network, and then open the app. When the app notifies you there is no data source then turn airplane mode off. The second approach is to sign out of the application and then sign in again.

On other thing to try is syncing at times other than the Sunday meeting times. The servers get pretty busy then and often times that causes issues with the sync.

I am having the same problem. Every I try and log in, I put in my login information and it starts to try and update but the update always fails. I just get an error message that says "Download Failed, Please try again later". I I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it multiple times on multiple days of the week. Please advise.
