Sync and Login Issues

Unable to log in or sync member tools for 3 days.

I have and iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone X, two iPads. All with he same Issue.

"Error downloading". Unable to login to Member tools.; Unable to sync those Devices that are logged in
Same error on all devices.

Error occurs on both WIFI and Cellular.

All devices fully updated.

I wiped the iPhone 11 Pro Max and setup as a new phone; Same issues.

I will take any and all suggestions.

I cannot sync iPhone X as well.

I heard from the Developers.

It is a known issue;

Fix coming in the next 24 Hours.

I will post when I can login and Sync

Login and Sync has now been fixed.

Having log in issues on all iOS devices as well. iPhone Xs and iPad Air both running iOS 13.4.1 with Member Tools ver.3.6.4 When syncing the little circle gets about 1/8 around and then message "Error Error Downloading" appears. Discovered this on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. Still a problem as of noon on Wednesday, May 6, 2020.

I suspect that the issue lies at the Church end. I’m beta testing the iOS version of Member Tools and it’s failing to sync/update. The last successful sync I carried out, was on the 26th April!

Login does not work to Member tools this eve on mobile devices. I can get into online accounts, but not mobile Member Tools.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice.
Same on iPhone and iPad.

Any suggestions yet? Same problem on iPhone, both wifi and cellular. Even deleted app and reinstalled so now I’m really desperate for it to work.
