Member Tools not opening because it’s “Failing to Download”

I’ve tried updating my app now for multiple weeks on multiple WiFi’s but it’s crashed every time. I’ve also tried deleting and re-downloading the app. This started happening in August of this year. I have an iPhone X with the most recent iOS update.

This is a known issue, and I’m assuming the developers are working on it. I don’t know if the latest v4.1.1 update fixed this issue, as I haven’t updated it yet. Have you tried updating to that version?

I just deleted older version from my iPhone 7+ using IOS 14.0.1. Then updated/installed version 4.4.1 and I am STILL unable to update. Error message says "Failed to download. Please try again later." Clicking "OK" bounces me to login screen.

This has been this way for 4-5 weeks at least. Please fix this!

I also get the dreaded “Failed to Download. Please try again later” message. This happens on both iPhone and iPad OS. I hope this gets fixed soon.

My husband and I are also experiencing this issue but reinstalling fixed it until the latest update to 4.1.1. Now neither of us can use it again on our phones with iOS 14.0.1.

Apple released new version of iOS 14 a few days ago (14.1)
