My two daughters have a Nokia Lumia 822 (Windows 8) phone.

They both have downloaded and installed LDSTools.
When they log in for the first time the app will download the app data.
The data seems to download, but then it comes up with the error message:
"An error has occurred while downloading. Please try again."

They have reinstalled and have the same problem every time for both of them.

Is there something we are not doing? Or is the app just failing?

Have you read the other threads in this forum related to downloading and installing LDS Tools? The one titled Error downloading with LDS Tools may be helpful.

Thanks. I will have my girls first log in to the website and view the calendar. If the instructions are correct that should get them into the system.
