How do we become a beta site?

I see in the Menu there is now a Facilities Management tool, in Pilot, with very limited users, because it's in Pilot mode.

What can we do to be part of this pilot? It resolves to: https://www.lds.org/fir

From this thread it has been reported they have enough beta testing stakes.
