Do you know about all the facts about how to go about that program?

What do you mean by "does not work"? For me it shows the LDS Maps application, with markers for every LDS Family Services office in my area.
Do you see the LDS Maps application? If you do, you might try zooming out so that you can see a larger geographical area. Eventually you should see one or more Family Services offices. It could be that there are simply no offices very close to your location.
Where did you get the link from -- on what page did that link appear?
