In what context? Office Communicator only works in an environment (typically a corporate environment) that has MS Communications Server 2007 already installed. If you are in such a corporate environment, your company's IT Support would be the right people to ask this question. If the environment you're talking about is the Church's network, you should contact the Global Service Center for assistance.

You can find deployment documentation here, but that documentation is more oriented towards the IT professionals who support an enterprise.
