Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Yup. Down again. "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" for me.

Just verified it from home. There is work going on to try to identify why it keeps having issues.
