GSC Should have a Chat Support

I think it would be best if Global Service Center would have Chat Based Tech Support. For me it is more convenient. Would anyone agree on this?

I don't use chat very often, but I have used the Global Service Center's email address to contact them, which might work for you if you prefer text.

i have tried accessing every possible means to solving this issue (inability to log in to mls) which proves abortive thus, i will need to contact the service center directly for possible solution via direct email .
