Electric Vehicles
Is it "kosher" to plug-in an electric vehicle to the meeting house? Does anybody know of a official church policy against it?

Off hand, I can't find anything written one way or another. In this case, I think the principle of "he who pays has to approve". Since electricity comes out of FM's budget, not the ward or stake, it would be the FM Group that would have to approve. The buildings belong to the church, not to the units that use them.
