55 copper baptism?

Once baptized family and friends gather around the person just baptized to pray ( question ) do you have to be a Mormon member or can a family member not Mormon be asked to joint in the gathering around the person just baptized thank you all !

If it's just prayer, it can be anyone. But I suspect you're talking about confirmation. Only specific members holding the proper authority can join the circle.
