Seminary Registration

I am the High Counselor assigned to seminary in our stake. One of our wards (Alpine Heights) is having a problem when members attempt to register for seminary. They get a display (see attachment) that does not allow them to choose their ward. Any ideas on what could be causing this? It was working fine a few weeks ago.

If you have seen this with only a few members, please have them clear their browser caches and delete relevant cookies. Ofttimes, strange behavior can be caused by corrupted cache or cookies.
