Emails for SL

We have a stake primary president that is not receiving emails from the church where her councilors are. Could this be from having her privacy set in LDS Tools to something other than "stake visibility"?

Does she have a less-common email address (for example, byu.net email addresses are known to have issues receiving mass emails)?

Privacy settings are not a factor. She should check her settings in
Subscriptions.
Certain email addresses, especially those that forward the email (like byu.net), can be problematic.

I think she also has to have an email address listed in the individual email field. I don't think the household email field is used by the send a message tool.
