11 Year olds not old enough for temple recommend

We have several youth who turn 12 this year who are anxious to get to the temple tomorrow. We put in any of our 11 year old's names into the system and we are told this youth is not old enough for a recommend. Anyone know why this is happening?

Having the same problem here. Temples are not open today. Perhaps they will be able to be printed tomorrow morning... not sure...

Just a guess, but other LCR changes take effect tomorrow, 2 January. I wonder if all age progression items are set for the same date.
