Name removal

#1

Post by jlturner »

I sent letter requesting name removal to bishop Aug 2020. Recievedcreply requesting a meeting, I refused meeting and again requested name removal. I have been waiting now 8 months, still no confirmation letter letting me know my name was in fact removed. Could have been lost in mail? I would like some kind of confirmation though, how do I get that?

You might contact the bishop again, and if he does not respond, send copies of your letter(s) to the stake president. Almost any leader in the ward should be able to give you his contact information.

I am sorry that you wish to do this. The bishop is the key to getting it done, and the stake president is able to help make sure it happens if this is your sincere desire.
