ministering families
How do we find which families we are supposed to be ministering to a regular basis ?

You can probably find the assignments in the Member Tools app, but a member of the elders quorum presidency should be discussing the assignments with you. Just handing you a bunch of names isn't ministering, but administering.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Agreed. And then you should also be having quarterly ministering interviews with a RS/EQ Presidency member, another chance to ask for additional info and coordinate your efforts.Just handing you a bunch of names isn't ministering, but administering
