Question about WWL training DVDs

Just wondering if there is protected online access to Worldwide Training DVDs that weren't for the general membership? For example, there is a training DVD for stake presidencies on the handbooks of instruction, there is another on the Patriarch. It would be nice if stake presidencies could access these online.
