Mormon Radio down

I was using the Mormon Channel application this evening and noticed that the Mormon Channel radio feed is broken. The URL: http://tech.lds.org/radio/?action=lds.radio.radiochannels.programming.query&channelID=5&date=2010-12-21 would normally return a list of radio programs. Today it returns proper XML with a program count of zero.

Are there really no programs available today? Or is this service broken after the upgrade to the new tech.lds.org?

It seems the problem was fixed for dates other than 2010-12-21. That date still shows zero content.
