Notebooks Issues

I access Gospel Library on my windows computer (Dell Laptop). When I hi-lite & click "Add to", it opens the Note screen. The "Add to Notebook" icon at the bottom left is greyed out & I can find no way to make it active/accessible. I can enter my note but... cannot place it in the desired notebook. I get the same result when I hi-lite and click on tag. I have reviewed the users guide but found no hlep.
