Website Access Login..

#1

Post by jdeewm1 »

Can any reader advise me on the way to gain access for login to lds.netdimensions.org website?
This is an online training site for family history staff.

I would appreciate your comments. Thanks.

You may wish to check with your Family History Center, or whoever recommended that you take the training, to see if they have given you the correct URL for the site. Either it is not correct, or the site is down at the moment.

I think it's supposed to be lds.netdimensions.com, but it doesn't seem to like my account. Maybe I don't have the right calling or am not set up properly somewhere. It acts like my password is wrong.

I serve as both the STS and Family History Director for our stake and it doesn't like my access either. I suspect that you have to be issued a special username and password in order to use the site. If it's important enough, I'd be happy to check with our local Regional Family History director and see what he says.

It appears that you need to log into http://consultant.familysearch.org first, click on "Online Training", and you'll be taken to the site.
