Hope Chest is a third-party Chrome extension (it's not an official or Church-provided resource). On their website they have an email address you can contact for support: https://hopechestsoftware.com/

For others who might question, I received an email from the Hope Chest developer. It is being taken over by someone who worked with him on it and they completely rewrote it from the ground up. It was supposed to be down for 1 day while they finished all the coding but I received a followup email from them that it was stuck in a new Android review process. Hopefully it will be back up and running soon.

I love Hope Chest and have found it very useful in pointing out possibilities I can work on in my cousin lines. It cracked the code for me!
