The former Ward Website calling now ECS has been given LCR access but does not require LCR email access but rather building scheduling and rights to:
● Create new calendars
● Approve new calendars
● Inactivate calendars
● Remove calendars
● Manage (add, modify, delete) events on Ward calendars (A bldg scheduler has this right too).
My ultimate goals are need names of callings to go along with rights:
Ward Bulletin Specialist just need LCR Access to send emails bulletins to entire ward
Ward Building Scheduler needs to be able to ● Manage (add, modify, delete) events on Ward calendars
Email Communication Specialist (formerly ward website) needs to be able to:
● Create new calendars
● Approve new calendars
● Inactivate calendars
● Remove calendars
