BYU bells
I recorded the bells "Come Come Ye Saints" from BYU radio as my ring tone.
I find it is loud enough to hear, but because it sounds like church bells, it is not disturbing or intrusive if it goes off in a meeting.
I can (if I have to) just sit there and ignore it - it sounds like church bells from miles away.
