This mean that there is only One account with multiples sub-account (one for each unit).
Any way I don't see too many problems to solve even with many bank accounts. MLS manage e-payments as check. Instead to register the check number we register "bonifico" (Italian word for bank-payment).
For audit pourpose, we include the bank receipt with donations form.
