Official Tax Statement (NOT THERE) when "Available"

Can anyone explain the Donor Tax Statement issue?
Message says it is available, but it is not there and cannot be generated.

There was a problem where at least some pre-generated statements wouldn't open. But previously all reports indicated that you could generate a new one which would work.
To do that first click on "Official Tax Statement" under Statement Type, then select the year and then click the Generate button.
If that process doesn't work then you need to have your ward clerk help you contact the Global Service Center to troubleshoot the issue or just ask him to provide you the statement (which he should be able to easily do using the Leader and Clerk Resources site).
