We are currently living in Lima Peru, working for the church. For some reason I can pay tithing online if I'm logged on under my husbands account and password. Who do I contact to be able to pay tithing online from Peru under my own login?

Why does my donation history not match my official Tax donation document? The donation history is accurate but when I generate an official Tax donation statement it shown no donations recorded. I have reviewed everything in the Help Center. It seems no one else has had this problem. I have tried sending an email to onlinedonationsupport@ldschurch.org Evidently that email address is no longer functional. Help!

You might try onlinedonationsupport@churchofjesuschrist.org which should be the new email address.
