On-Line Donation - Wrong Country
I'm trying to add my bank account details, I live in the UK and need to enter a sort code, however, the online form is for USA bank accounts as it asking for a Routing code. I can only assume as I lived in America for a couple of years the system hasn't been updated. How can I change it to recognise that I need to make a payment from the UK

Are your membership records in the UK?
Unless you've made other arrangements, it will use your membership records to determine your country.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

If everything is proper with your membership record and it is in the UK, and if you wish to make online donations from there, I would send an email to onlinedonationsupport@churchofjesuschrist.org explaining the situation to them and asking now to change your donation account so that you will be able to do so.
