My daughter asked me about the Gospel Living App today, She would like to follow the advise of the her church leaders and download the app.
We are no able to find it on any app store applications. I was promised for the fall of 2019, and the new program started Jan 1, 2020, so I would expect the app would be available. We just can't find it.

It has not been released to the general membership. It is still in beta testing and it is unknown as to when it will become available to the general membership

I think this is sort of like the Second Coming. We have never been told exactly when it would happen. We have only been told to watch for it. Some of us have been watching for a long time. Others seem to believe it is late and behind schedule.

We have been told that the Children and Youth Program starts in January 2020. Even this is not exactly true, since the program does not start until later in 2020 in other parts of the world. As for the app, it will be released when it is released. Nowhere have I seen a specific release by date. Everything official I have seen and heard refers to a time after the beginning of the recent new year a few days ago.

Your daughter, who wisely wishes to be obedient to her leaders, would be on firm ground to suggest that she will download the app just as soon as her leaders do. She should smile if she tells them that.

Is the Gospel Living App only "limited" or directed for Youth or will it be available for all members, not only including AP quorums, but adult Priesthood and RS? Some of those features are pretty nice, when it comes to communication.

While it seems to be directed toward the youth, I noticed that Elder Gong was able to use it with his "really cool quorum" of the Twelve. I suspect members of an elders quorum might be able to use it, but I do not think we will know for certain until the app completes beta and launches.

Any update on this app? I don't see it available yet in the App Store.

Even the beta version of the app is not available any more, so I imagine they are adding finishing touches to the programming or running final tests. Although it would be nice to know a release date.

The app is now available! I'm already using it!
