Gospel living app on iPad mini

#1

Post by Kapcarreg »

The compatibility on the App Store says iPhone, iPad and iPod. If it says iPad, does that cover all the versions ie iPad mini? I’ve downloaded onto an iPad mini and it only shows half the screen and you can’t scroll across. I’ve reinstalled it but same issue. Is this because it’s not compatible with mini’s or something wrong with mine?

Thanks

It may not work in landscape orientation. If you force-close the app, then rotate your iPad to portrait, the app should be usable when you open it again.

We are having the same problem. iPad mini. Just loaded the app today. Won’t work in portrait mode either. Half the screen is gone and can’t
Scroll anywhere

It works for me now. I had to force quit it like sbradshaw said. Make sure rotation is unlocked but then you have to make sure it’s in portrait mode before you open the app. I tried opening and then rotating it which resulted in the same problem. So forced quit it, rotated to portrait and then opened it up.

Thanks sbradshaw I now have a happy kid :D
