Circles not setting up

Circles not setting up
Our ward is using the Gospel Living App. I am having trouble with the circles connecting to my account. It says it will take a few minutes to set up, but it never actually loads any circles, even after several days. I have tried removing and downloading the app and tried signing out and back in again but it hasn't worked. Any suggestions?

Does your Church Account have your membership number recorded in the Membership section? Do you have access to the Ward Directory and Calendar on the main website?
