Should the unit's Zoom account only be used for Sacrament Meetings and 2nd-hour meetings?

Is a unit's Zoom account able to be used for interviews and presidency meetings? Or should it just be used for Sacrament Meetings and 2nd-hour meetings? For example, if all three members of the bishopric wanted to hold temple recommend interviews at the same time, could they use the ward's Zoom account to do that? I know that Breakout Rooms could be a possibility, but wouldn't it need a moderator to put people into the correct rooms? Is it better to have the bishopric use their personal Zoom accounts instead of using the ward's?

That's how we do our stake temple recommend interviews. We have a block of time allocated twice monthly. Our stake Executive Secretary hosts the meeting and creates a separate breakout room for the 3 presidency members. He then admits members from the waiting room, greets them, makes sure their audio and video is working and sends them to the breakout room when a presidency member becomes available. He is able to see when a presidency member is free, so can keep it moving. It works well for us.

Since the unit's Zoom account is limited to 2 simultaneous meetings, you'd have to used breakout rooms.

The only restriction I'm aware of is the account can only be used for church purposes.

The free personal accounts work well for meetings less than 40 minutes.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

Zoom also lets free accounts have unlimited time, provided only one or two participants are in the meeting.
