Can't put Notes & Journal in English

Can't select Notes & Journal in English mode

:(I'm accesing the page in Mexico

I need to acces the Notes and Journal in English but it won't
even doe i will select English in all levels when i Sign in
in my lds account.

I will select English mode but when i select Notes and Journal it will go to Spanish Mode no matter what i do .
